Atelpi ensures its illuminators comply with guidelines for evaluating and controlling potential health risks. Most of our illuminators also adhere to the following standards:

  • EN 62471:2008 (photo biological risk) defines photobiological safety standards for lamps, assessing risks from optical radiation exposure to humans.
  • ISO 13732-1:2009 (Machinery Directive on operator thermal risk) This standard provides a maximum temperature threshold for contact times of less than 1 minute of 51° for metal and 60° for plastics For some of our illuminators the choice to use a graphene plastic polymer allows to fall within this standard even with an ambient temperature of 35°.
  • ISO 15066:2016 (collaborative robots) The shape with rounded edges and the plastic material make these illuminators suitable for installation on collaborative robot arms.
  • EN 55032 (EMC emission) defines electromagnetic emissions to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and avoid interference.
  • EN 61000 (EMC immunity) defines EMC immunity requirements for industrial environments, ensuring equipment withstands electromagnetic disturbances without performance degradation.
